Sorry for the confusion with the version. I've corrected that just now (should be 4.2).
Regarding your failing tests. There are 3.
Two of them is because the number of lines/reference file changed and the test-suite cannot do the comparison. I need to investigate this.
For the last one with large difference, you should not be too worry. This quantity is known to be quite unstable. In fact, the accepted tolerence is huge (0.6) and therefore should be used with extreme caution. This is the transport lambda with the velocities. On such a small unconverged system, this is very unstable.
The normal lambda on the other hand, is very robust. So except if you plan to use \lambda_tr, you should be ok !
