Dear All,
I am trying to find out the electron-phonon coupling strength of a two-dimensional system and subsequently incorporate that into the calculation of lattice thermal conductivity, specifically at high temperatures. Precisely, I want to look at the reduction in the lattice thermal conductivity of the material caused by electron-phonon scattering.
I can calculate the electron-phonon coupling strength, the phonon self-energy and linewidth using EPW. But, I am not sure how to incorporate these into the calculation of lattice thermal conductivity. Any hint and suggestion in this regard will be extremely helpful.
Looking forward to a helpful discussion.
Thanks.
