How to map the superconducting gaps onto Fermi surface within the first BZ

Dear all,
I want to map superconducting gaps onto Fermi surfaces. I knew that can be achieved by using VESTA, but it is only resultful for Primitive BZ. I also try to get it by using EPW v5.4.1, where I obtained the superconducting gaps on FS

with .frmsf format. However, the results is quite puzzling. Although I get it, but the shape is quite not smooth. Can you tell why?
