How to solve the problem "Error in routine prtmob (1): The carrier density is 0"

Post by jyoti23 »

I tried to calculate the transport of YN, but i see the problem in epw2.out. The calculation shows the Elec mobility for 20*20*20 fine grid, but as soon as I make the fine grid 30*30*30, this following error is coming.

BTE in the self-energy relaxation time approximation (SERTA)

Hi,

You need to delete the restart files (restart.fmt, F*) present in your directory when you change the fine-grid of your calculation.

Best regards,
Sabya.
