I am referring this paper "First-principles study of electron and hole mobilities of Si and GaAs" PHYSICAL REVIEW B 97, 045201 (2018). Here they have calculated
a. scattering rate vs energy for electrons and holes
b. scattering rate vs energy for e and h contributed by different phonon modes.
the scattering rate data can be obtained using EPW by turning some flags on;
scattering = .true.
scattering_serta = .true.
But how do I replicate the plot (b) i.e. scattering rate vs energy for specific phonon branch? Do I need turn ON some flags that I'am not aware of?
