Dear All,
When I try to run the epw.x on the cluster, there is a SIGTERM error. No CRASH file is generated, meaning I don't think I have a problem with the input. I tried to run the same files on my local system, and the calculation terminated successfully.
I am attaching the slurm and the output file for your reference. This is the example file in the QE/EPW/examples/mgb2 folder.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Regards,
Rushik
SIGTERM error while running on cluster

Re: SIGTERM error while running on cluster
Hi Rushik,
Do you know which compilers/libraries are used to compile your epw? It looks like you did not correctly load those modules in your job submission script.
Best,
Hari

Re: SIGTERM error while running on cluster
Hi Hari,
Thanks for the reply.
I have to look into what libraries were used. I had one of the technical staff run the codes as well, and he has the same error. Although, I will check the modules again.
