Error in routine read_xml_file (1):

Dear Developers,
I've been getting the following error while running the epw after sucessfully performing scf and nscf calculation.
Reading xml data from directory:
./PbCoO2.save/
Message from routine qexsd_readschema :
xml data file ./PbCoO2.save/data-file-schema.xml not found
