Electron phonon coupling input Parameters

Dear EPW developers and users,
I am trying to calculate EPC for SiC, I rerun the example in the code, I could not reach the actual value 0.31 unless I decrease degauss width to 0.01
what dose that mean, I ran the calculations on super cell of 2*2*2 and was able to get lambda = 0.316, degaussw = 0.01 , eptemp = 200 K, my question is what is the physical meaning of
eptemp = 200 ! K
degaussw = 0.1 ! eV
dose it mean that electrons are at 200 K temperature?
Thanks
