Hi all,
I have seen many papers that present spectrally decomposed hole scattering rates as a function of phonon energy, calculated at 39 meV away from the valence band edge. These plots are very helpful for identifying the dominant scattering channels. However, I am not able to reproduce such plots myself. I currently have mode- and frequency-resolved scattering rates. Is there any additional file or information required to generate these spectral decomposed plots?
Thanks,
Jyoti

Hello Jyoti,
EPW doesn't compute this quantity automatically.
To compute this quantity, you would need to modify the selfen_elec_q subroutine in selfen.f90 file.
Best,
Nina.
