Dear all,
I am calculating the superconducting properties of some systems.
In the output, the T_c value is around 9 K and the BCS gap is 1.43 meV.
Now, If I solve the isotropic Eliashberg equation at temperature 9.5 K
I am getting superconducting gaps around 2.4 meV. Is this possible? Is this
mean that my calculations are not in convergence?

Hi Bikash,
This is possible. The BCS gaps is only an initial guess while solving Eliashberg equations. There are other parameters, such as lambda, to calculate gap. You need to provide us further information (for eg. k/q mesh) including the plots (eg. gap vs tc) to understand if the calculation is converged or not.
