Dear users,
I want to calculate electron-phonon scattering rates in semiconductor based on GW approximation . Is it included in the EPW ? How to use GW calculation in EPW ? Please let me know.
Thanks

Re: Based on GW approximation in EPW
Dear Yd huang,
EPW cannot compute the many-body electron-phonon interaction.
However you can use GW eigenvalues by using the "eig_read = .true." input variable and provide a file containing the GW eigenvalues (computed with any GW software).
Best wishes,
Samuel

Sorry to interrupt you again. Can you offer an example file containing the GW eignevalues ?
Best wishes,
