Error with wigner seitz. Wights of atoms. electron-phonon

Hi. I have meet a problem when i run epw.
It show an error "Error in routine wigner_seitzq (1): weigths of pair of atoms is not equal to global weights".I can not fix it. Does anyone ca tell me which part is wrong?
