Mobility calculation get stuck at 17000th q-point

I am running a mobility calculation on a 45X45X45 fine q-mesh. the calculation seems to get stuck at Progression iq (fine) = 17000/ 91000 with no error message or error file. it runs perfectly from the start until the 17000th iq point where nothing seems to be written for more than 24 hours though the calculation still runs. I have tried several restart_freq values but i still encounter this situation. I will really appreciate it if someone can help me find a solution
