Installation Problem [libiotk] Error 2

Hello, I'm new in QE and consequently in EPW. I'm trying to install it using steps [here](https://docs.epw-code.org/doc/DownloadAndInstall.html) However, I get the following error. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance
