Using Eliasberg Theory as given in the code, can we calculate transition temperatures for "weak coupling materials having ?<1". Is eliasberg theory valid for all conventional superconductors OR ONLY FOR STRONG COUPLING CONVENTIONAL SUPERCONDUCTORS.

You can use the formalism for conventional superconductors with lambda smaller than 1.
