Lambda does not converge

Dear experts and users,
In my EPW calculations, I found that the lambda only converged when degaussw was set to around 0.8eV. When degaussw is below 0.1eV, lambda does not converge properly even when increasing to very large nkf and nqf (values above 100,000). Can you tell me how to solve this kind of problem?
