Calculating a2f using lambdas from previous run

Dear all,
Is there a possibility to just calculate the Eliashberg spectral function without having to recalculate the lambdas on a grid?
I.e. is it possible to read the lambdas on a grid (and the phbands and phdos) from a previous calculation.
