Dear all,
I know that EPW uses DFPT method for phonon calculation. Is supercell approach also implemented in EPW

Re: Does quantum espresso and EPW have "massive parallelism"
Dear sir,
What do you mean by the "status" of QE.
I simply wanted to know if QE can be run using GPU.
"Ofcourse QE can be run using hundred of CPU in parallel "
My query is about GPU not CPU

Does quantum espresso and EPW have "massive parallelism"
dear all,
Does quantum espresso and EPW have "massive parallelism" runnable versions.
Does QE have GPU implimentation.

calculation of superconducting transition temperature
dear all,
how much time does it take to calculate superconducting transition temperature of a unit cell containing 4 atoms.
how many cores are required for running this system.
what are the average output(how many MB/GB) files produced during this run.

to calculate superconducting transition temp and el-ph const
Dear all, I am trying to calculate superconducting transition temp and el-ph coupling constant. But the calculations are taking days even with 8 cores run in parallel and I do not think more cores are helping in any way. I want to know if there is easier and faster way to calculate the above quantit...

query about learning epw
is it necessary to learn QE in order to use EPW for el-ph coupling and superconducting transition temp calcultions.
can not i straight forwardly jump into using EPW
