Dear roxana,
Thank you for the reply.
Are there experimental value of mustar [ ?*] for a material with which we can compare?
what should be the ideal criteria to take the input value of mustar [ ?*] for a material.
I work with ELK which have default value as 0.15.

query about mustar [ ?*]
Dear Roxana Margine,
While calculating superconducting transition temperature Tc, how do we give the value of mustar [ ?*].By ELIASHBERG-MIGDAL formalism.
It is usually said that it is kept between 0.15 and 0.10
But Can we go below 0.10 [?*<0.10] ?
Thanks in advance.
regards

qery about number of dynamical matrices
Dear sir, In some codes like ELK, while calculating superconducting transition temperature, by supercell method , hundered of dynamic matrices are formed e.g in case of a AB3 material [with 4 atoms in unit cell ] 120 dynamic matrices were formed. does similar number of dynamical matrices are formed ...

Re: el-ph coupling in larger supercells
can you please elaborate on supercell method and DFPT methods. i mean the difference between them? are calculations using supercell method more heavier than DFPT method? lastly, EPW have a feature for DFPT calculations and not supercell method.

abinit and EPW
dear all,
We know one can use EPW in conjunction with QE. can it be used also with ABINIT.
how is ABINIT related to EPW.

validity of eliasberg theory
dear all,
Using Eliasberg Theory as given in the code, can we calculate transition temperatures for "weak coupling materials having ?<1". Is eliasberg theory valid for all conventional superconductors OR ONLY FOR STRONG COUPLING CONVENTIONAL SUPERCONDUCTORS.
