Question on BTE mobility average
Dear EPW developers: I have some questions on the average way of mobility in EPW calculations, I have finished IBTE mobility calculations ,take GaN results for example: ___ ============================================================================================= Temp Fermi Hole density Populatio...

Dear EPW Developers,
Will the coming summer school be held online ?
What should participants from other's cuntries(Eg,China) prepare in software ?
Yours Sincerely,
Max

Re: Si transport problem with carrier concentration
my mistake Si is not a polar material . I had modified epwinput, But the result is almost the same as before. Hi,i find IBET in your caculation only has 1 interation, as far as i konw ,you should change input: "! scattering_serta = .true scattering = .true. iterative_bte = .true." in that way i sup...

Re: Some questions about Lead example in 2018 worksop
Dear Inoka, 0) The reason I said that was because in your output it was written " PWscf started at: Mon May 7 20:25:52 CST 2018 forrtl: severe (24): end-of-file during read, unit 5, file /proc/8616/fd/0" 1) Indeed those two variables have been removed as written in the log changes for the upcoming ...

Re: Si transport problem with carrier concentration
hi,
i notice there are some difference in epw1.in
for Si,it should be not polar materials.
So lpolar should not be counted
In epw.in "lpolar =.false."
Not sure it will help or not

Re: questions about the BTE mobility theory
Hi, Samuel! it really takes me sometime to figure out what's happening in BTE mobility theory! I notice the satement from the paper you recommend Rep. Prog. Phys. 83 (2020) 036501 below equation (50) ""The MRTA can be simplified even further if the rate for scattering back into the state |nk⟩ is neg...

questions about the BTE mobility theory
hello everyone: i am working with the examples of https://docs.epw-code.org/doc/GaN-II.html on the mobility of polar materials. But now i am quite confused by the BTE theory, i want to know the physical meaning of the two parts shown in the paper formula 10 in paper: "Hole mobility of strained GaN f...

Re: Epw via compilation on a cluster not connected to internet.
Dir Sir: I found example of GaN in "Running EPW on polar wurtzite GaN" https://docs.epw-code.org/doc/GaN.html and "GaN BTE&SERTA calculations" https://docs.epw-code.org/doc/GaN-II.html and I notice there is a git-version of EPW in the tutorial I am a biginner of EPW can you show me the write version...
